We keep this site simple: no cookies, analytics or advertising services, tracking pixels or fonts from external servers. We process personal data only as necessary to operate the site and handle your enquiry.

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, Vercel processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system. This enables secure and stable delivery.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We have a data processing agreement with Vercel. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The European Commission’s standard contractual clauses also apply.

3. Contact form and email enquiries

When you request a demo or information, we process the details you enter: name, business, email, optional phone number, business size, selected apps and message. If you arrived through an ad, we also receive its campaign, such as Instagram. We collect nothing more.

A Vercel server function forwards the enquiry to our email inbox, where it is stored. If direct sending is unavailable, your own email app opens and you decide whether to send it.

The legal basis is handling your enquiry and steps before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention duties require otherwise.

The language is selected at the neutral entry URL using your browser language setting. We do not request your location or store your language choice. Contact enquiries include the displayed language so we can take it into account when replying.

4. Camera in the phone demo

You can try the camera app in the phone demo. The image appears only after browser permission, is processed only on your device and is neither transmitted nor stored. You can revoke permission in your browser at any time.

5. Fonts and content

Fonts, images and videos are hosted on our own webspace. Loading them sends no data to third parties such as Google Fonts.

6. Your rights

You have the right to

• access your stored data (Article 15 GDPR),
• rectification (Article 16 GDPR) and erasure (Article 17 GDPR),
• restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR),
• data portability (Article 20 GDPR),
• object to processing based on legitimate interests (Article 21 GDPR).

An informal message to info@soergel-design.de is sufficient.

You may also complain to a data protection authority. Our competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
