What is Werkbank?
Werkbank is trade business software with three apps: Werkbank Zeit for time tracking, Werkbank Büro for quotes, delivery notes and invoices, and Werkbank Post for email. Each app can be booked separately; together they share customers and projects.
How do AI quotes work?
Describe the job in one sentence, such as “paint 40 m² of wall, two coats of white”. Mörgel in Werkbank Büro suggests line items. Check services and prices, then decide what to send.
Who is Mörgel?
Mörgel is Werkbank’s AI assistant. He creates quotes, invoices and delivery notes, plans site visits and answers business questions, such as your hourly rate. He uses the employee’s permissions and sends nothing without approval. Voice mode lets you talk to him.
How much does the software cost?
Werkbank Zeit: €35 per month for owner and 1 field worker, then €4.99 per additional employee. Werkbank Büro: €79 per month for 1 admin, then €25.99 per additional licence. We agree individual setup costs together based on scope. All prices are monthly final prices.
Can I book the apps separately?
Yes. If you only need time tracking, just book Werkbank Zeit. Add employees and licences as your business grows.
Does time tracking work offline?
Yes. Werkbank Zeit saves clock times even in basements or on sites with no signal and syncs when you reconnect. Breaks are deducted automatically.
Can Werkbank create e-invoices?
Yes. Werkbank Büro creates e-invoices and emails them. It includes payment reminders, bank reconciliation and accountant exports.
Can field workers see prices and invoices?
No. Field workers track time, photos and materials. Only office staff see prices. The owner creates users and decides which apps are booked.
Can Werkbank be adapted to our workflows?
Yes. We configure Werkbank for your trade: service bundles, standard texts, letterheads from an existing document and only the menus you need. We add missing steps, as we already have for tilers, forestry businesses and carpenters.
Is there inventory management?
Yes, as an add-on for Werkbank Büro: stock per warehouse and vehicle, site packing lists, usage at clock-out, equipment inspection dates and email reordering.
Can I import GAEB specifications?
Yes, in Werkbank Büro. Import the GAEB file, add your prices and create the quote.
